WAS working for freedom debt relief for Nearly a year (aug 25) i had just three weeks to go to Qualify for my FMLA leave is to go for my pregnancy and i was terminated. i have my notes from my doctor Asking for Job Requirements to change. . Also That if i was feeling ill and needed to call in sick i Should not Be That penalized for as i am pregnant and Problems Were Expected to Occur. i saved all my emails from / to my boss and HR Regarding work performance. . Saying ‘em i was doing a great job and commending my efforts. Also i HAD Provided dr notes for my absences That Were scheduled in advance however. . . THIS IS THE KICKER. . . That is days i was ill and i couldnt come in with ‘em docs still Provided Either from seeing my doc or going to urgent care, THEY SAID Since i did not schedule time off in advance It Was Considered “unexcused absences” and That Is What I Was Even though for termd i kno from Let Them w / preg i wouldnt kno Exactly When id Be Sick Therefor couldnt Give Them a 24 hr notice. . . Did not this matter i was still termd jus want to know if i can at least get ch?mage. . . please help and please no Ahola Reply to this with just peps if Any advice thanks!
