in a court hearing, where i am myself Representing over a debt relief of Being Held Accountable for legal fees for the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s attorney Stated WAS enduring customer history “undue hardship” Because I Have not Paid. The Fact is: the legal bill and debt IS Being Owed to the lawyer. Further, the lawyer HAS not Received payment from customer history. So In Fact, ET lied to the judge. I’ve heard, much to my surprise, that ‘lawyers are Allowed to Effectively “say anything” in the short and not at all Held Accountable. is this true? can i file a motion to get rid of this guy (Who has a horrible reputation Ethical i discovered!) our soldiers are amazing dying everyday, and people struggle for the Freedom this Country is about, and Essentially, the United States HAS Being succumbed to run ruff shod by a bunch of corrupt lawyers Who Should Be Held Accountable. thanks for the clarification. After three years of this attorney, it’s unbelievable. oz i got a legal letter telling me i was the Plaintiff Claimed “Excessively hammering.” Which is only funny Because, The Entire month this “hammering” Occurred, i was in Another state. IS the point, lawyers Who put this crap on Their letterhead Should Be disbarred. Other Lawyers Who Defend Them saying “Often lawyers say Things does not like The Other Side” is a cop out for the deterioration of the moral fiber of this country legal.
